and that it also cannot be reduced to formulas.<\/p>

The Catholic faith speaks of truth, meaning, love, and hope.
These are not abstract ideas.
They shape lives \u2014 and they raise questions.<\/p>

Many people who believe carry questions just as deeply as those who doubt.
And many who no longer believe still feel drawn to conversations about faith.<\/p>

This space exists because faith deserves to be spoken<\/strong>, examined<\/strong>, and shared<\/strong> \u2014 in word and in life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A Catholic foundation<\/h3>

restless heart<\/em> is explicitly rooted in the Catholic Christian tradition<\/strong>.<\/p>

It takes seriously the conviction that faith is not only lived in private,
but also expressed in words<\/strong>, in dialogue<\/strong>, and in witness<\/strong>.<\/p>

The Catholic faith is not afraid of questions.
It has always grown through conversation, reflection, and engagement with the world.<\/p>

This project understands discussion not as a threat to belief,

Augustine of Hippo and the restless heart<\/strong><\/h3>

The name restless heart<\/em> is inspired by Augustine of Hippo<\/strong>,<\/a>
who famously described the human heart as restless until it finds its rest in God.<\/p>

For Augustine, faith and reason were never enemies.
Belief was not opposed to thinking, and questions were not signs of weakness,
but of a heart that takes truth seriously.<\/p>

This Augustinian spirit shapes the tone of these conversations:

I am a novice member of the Third Order of the Augustinians<\/strong>
(Province of St. Thomas of Villanova), preparing for promises and vows.<\/p>

The Augustinian Third Order stands within the Catholic Church as a lay vocation,
shaped by community, prayer, study, and apostolic engagement in the world.<\/p>
